Janice has written hundreds of articles for magazines and websites and keeps doing more. She has interviewed movie stars, political stars, and sports stars. When not writing , she’s editing. She was the Editor-in-Chief of Parade (in its glory days) and deputy editor of TV Guide. Long ago she was a Mademoiselle Guest Editor and one of Glamour’s Top Ten—which she mentions only because they were a big deal at the time and launched many famous writing careers.
People always ask Janice which celebrity interview she liked best, but how could she decide between a morning with Daniel Craig at the Dorchester Hotel and a day with Matt Damon in Beverly Hills? The day she spent with Barbra Steisand at her home (actually compound) in Malibu was perfect and Janice left convinced that she and Barbra could be best friends. (She also knows Streisand is a great actress).
